The apartment is decorated in typical Andalusian style with terracotta flooring throughout. All rooms are air conditioned and all bedrooms have 'Juliette' style balconies with shutters,fitted wardrobes bedside cabinets& reading lamps. The bedrooms are arranged over 2 floors with En suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath,w/c and bidet & Shower room with w/c on 1st floor.
The open plan living area has a large sofa TV/dvd and breakfast bar,with a fully fitted open plan kitchen which comes with all major appliances and is fully equipped for your stay.
The large roof terrace with stunning views to the village and mountains beyond is ideal for outdoor dining,complete with dining table and chairs with large parasol,sunloungers BBQ and hot tub.
The nearest golf club,Los Moriscos is just a 10 min drive away. The clubhouse has a beach front setting with an excellent restaurant.
The Sierra Nevada is an excellent ski resort approx 45 min drive away suitable for all levels. Special interest holidays include Skiing, mountain biking,walking,go-karting,with water sports including kite surfing and scuba all in easy reach.

The master bedroom is situated on the ground and comes with en-suite bathroom. This room comprises of a kingsize bed,matching bedside cabinets with reading lamps and large double wardrobe. The room also has full length windows with wooden shutters onto a small balcony. The ensuite comprises of bath with shower and shower screen,wash basin and bidet.
Bedroom 2
Leading off the main living area this large bedroom has great views of the Old town and Sierra Nevada. 1 double bed with wooden headboard,bedside cabinet and lamp,a double wardrobe contains a chest of drawers and ample hanging space.

Ajacent to the shower room this room comprises of twin single beds but may be used as a double.
Open plan lounge/kitchen
The internal stairs lead to a large contemporary open plan living area situated on the main first floor of the apartment with the additional bedrooms and shower room leading off. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven,hob,fridge freezer and dishwasher,opening above worktop level onto the lounge creating a breakfast bar with 4 barstools. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large 4 seater 'chaise' style sofa,coffee table & TV with DVD player.
Sun Terrace
Our large sun terrace is perfect for sun bathing and Al fresco dining. Complete with sun loungers,shower and hot tub (APRIL-OCT) this is the ideal place to enjoy the Spanish sunshine,cool off or take in the breathtaking views. The dining table and chairs offer ample room for outdoor dining for up to 6 people,with a large parasol to provide shade when needed. The perfect place to enjoy breakfast or a sunset barbecue.

Laundry facilities are located leading from the kitchen on a small self contained terrace,with ample drying area on the main terrace.Iroing facilities are also provided. Additional laundry/linen services may be provided on request.
